I am Managing Director and Executive Search Consultant at TOPOS. Together with my team, I help companies find the right people for demanding leadership and key positions. For me, it’s never just about titles, résumés, or career milestones. It’s about personality, attitude, and the essential question: Does this person truly fit this company – and vice versa?After studying in Hamburg, Paris, Philadelphia, and Tokyo, I began my career in the FMCG industry before taking over the management of TOPOS in 2005. Since then, I’ve combined my expertise in executive search, my industry knowledge, and my genuine curiosity for people.
