ABOUT FLORIAN HAUSSOULLIEZ

Since February 2012, i was R&D engineer at Vesuvius (in Flow Control business unit).I took care of coatings (insulative coatings, glaze) on refractory parts.Development of new products (formulations, drying; infrared technology, characterizations, preheating tests), trials at customer (Steel plant) and industrialization in European manufacturing plants.I also took care of customer complaints: investigations of used samples with presentation of results at customer.I joined Airfoils Advanced Solutions company (safran group) beginning of june 2018 as process engineer.I take care of vibratory cleaning, shotpeening, automatic gritblasting, thermal spraying and water jet stripping equipments. It means process qualification, operator training, development tests, production and industrialization team support.JV specialized in Blades repair for aircraft engine. Work on GE90-115 HPC blades.
