I build innovation capabilities in teams and large organisations with a holistic view on innovation culture, mindset & behaviours, organisational structures, processes & systems as well as individuals skills. I work with people across all levels helping them acquire new mental modes, develop tangible skillsets and behaviours and implement strategic initiatives to build new innovative structures- Amongst other things I am building an innovation learning ecosystem for Lufthansa Group with a proprietary state-of-the-art innovation platform with users, innovative learning formats with +250 alumni and an innovation community with +850 members.
