ABOUT FLORIAN WIESEGART
As a project lead I have experiences as a project manager and expertise also in peripheral areas with focus on management support functions, the energy industry and the chemical industry. My focus areas are (corporate) strategy, carve-outs, target operating models, reorganisations, the foundation of Joint Ventures, transformation projects and co-creation projects including stakeholder management. Within my career as a Management Consultant, I gained strong experiences within planning and implementing projects for a broad spectrum of topics areas such as grid and networks, general management, sales, health safety & environment, automotive industry, battery storage and renewable energy in international project setups. I am passionate about solving challenges for my clients, work on new concepts and to learn about new topics in new areas. Furthermore, empowering new colleagues and working on their personal development really excites me.
