ABOUT FLORIAN SCHNEIDER
After my A-levels and not knowing what to study, i started an apprenticeship as a brewer and malter. Finally i worked five years in this job, touring through several mid sized breweries (Schlossbrauerei Hohenthann, Grünerbrauerei Bad Tölz, Hopf Miesbach, Hofbräuhaus Freising) to gain experiences and strengthen my knowledge for the brewing science. After that time i finally studied and finished with a diploma in industrial engineering (Dipl. Ing FH).For more than 20 years now working in the brewing equipment supply industry, i\'m still brewing beer in my small brewery ( garagenbraeu ).can\'t get rid of this passion.
