Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Division Referent• Ensure IFPEN HSE policies application within my service.• Provide advice and assistance for construction and modification of units.• Analyze incidents, near misses, and accidents to determine causes, implement solutions or corrective actions, and monitor their effectiveness.Chemical Engineering technician• Construction of cold flow mockup, inspection and safety control before start-up• Start-up, operation and follow-up pilot plant for R&D development• Establish testing program in accordance with engineer study program• Implement new technical analytical measurement in pilot plants (fluorescent probe and optical probe in dense fluidized bed for pneumatic injection studies)• Unit maintenance, modifications and improvement (piping, instrumentations and regulation)• Training and integration mentor of new technician employees• Mains projects:o CLC project CHEERS (IFPEN, Total, DBC, Tsinghua university), China (1 Y)o DMX, CCS project 3D (IFPEN, AXENS, Total, ArcelorMittal), Dunkirk (2 Y)
