Exploiting extracellular matrix-dependent mechanisms of resistance to chemotherapy in high grade serous ovarian cancer to discover new therapeutic targets. We compared the dynamic response of two ovarian cancer mouse models with different sensitivities to chemotherapy and integrated data obtained at multiple time points both at the transcriptomic (RNAseq) and protein (histology, ECM structure) levels. Our strategy allowed us to highlight vulnerabilities in the tumour extracellular matrix of resistant tumours.Characterised the movement of macrophages and T cells in ex vivo tumour slices of mouse and human ovarian cancer. Designed a semi-supervised R based computational method to analyse cell behaviour and distinguish migrating cells from wobbling cells.
