ABOUT FLORIAN INGWERSEN

I\'ve been dedicated to football and developing talent for the past ten years, and, as a result, have gained valuable experience in different countries and cultures. I\'ve seen firsthand the significant impact a supportive and empowering environment can have on young players, coaches, officials, clubs, and organizations, ranging from grassroots initiatives to the prestigious Borussia Dortmund professional youth academy. It\'s my privilege to shape the future of aspiring athletes and guide the growth of individuals and organizations involved in the football industry as the Team Lead for Football Development & Consulting at Borussia Dortmund. I\'m a firm believer that genuine success in football doesn\'t solely depend on mastering technical skills, but also on developing character, resilience, and self-belief. My objective is to create an inclusive and supportive environment where players and stakeholders can thrive, and develop not only as athletes but also as confident individuals with a strong sense of purpose. Outside the playing field, my interest in learning and bettering myself feeds my capacity to motivate and guide. This enthusiasm led me to pursue a doctorate in football development, allowing me to uncover complex scientific aspects that support coaching and talent development. I\'m honored to be a teacher at the esteemed International Football Institute, guiding future football professionals on their own transformational journeys, sharing my expertise and experience to shape the next generation of leaders in the industry. During every conversation and interaction, my wholehearted dedication is to offer personalized consultancy services that transcend cultural differences and are tailored to the unique needs of individuals, organizations and communities.
