ABOUT FLORIAN GLATTES
As Shell’s General Manager Mobility DACH, I lead our Mobility business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with end-to-end accountability for our full customer offer across different segments and channels. Together with a great team and external partners we serve more than 1 million customers each and every day in one of our most material market units worldwide. This includes a broad range of Fuels, Convenience Retail and increasingly also E-Mobility offers. Prior to this role, I held a broad range of mostly commercial roles across Shell‘s global Marketing businesses. This includes deep P&L, sales management, marketing management, business devolopment, people leadership and strategy responsibilities across different value chains and geographies. I am based in Hamburg, Germany, and have previously lived and worked in the US, China, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, the UK, and Austria-Views expressed are my own, and do not necessarily reflect those of Shell.
