During my time at Expressions I worked alongside both the financial sales director. For the Finance department I helped to post supplier invoices, balance accounts with Sun Systems as well as set up Bank account details on HSBC net. When necessary I contacted both hotels and other companies when queries regarding certain invoices arose. My work for the sales director mainly entailed testing and correcting pages of a brand new website that had just been set up. I was also given the job of checking that contracts from 500 hotels had sent back signed copies. If they had not I went back to them politely asking them to do so.
