Continuation on mission of RTE Release Train Engineer assignment within La Poste - BSCC IT Department (Mail and Parcel Services Branch) based in Montpellier.Within a SAFe methodology framework- Managing a train bringing together around twenty teams and ten business lines, corresponding to more than 200 participants- Responsible for the methodological framework and processes, facilitator at the train level- Facilitator and manager of the PIP - Program Increment Planning (8- to 10-week increment planning). Responsible for managing dependencies and prioritizing the company\'s strategic roadmap within train- Managing risks and realized value throughout the increment planning. Facilitator between teams and various clients- Leading continuous improvement, retrospectives, and innovation within the team- Providing methodological and software support (JIRA/Confluence) for financial management and planning for various clients- Managing change to align practices across teams
