ABOUT FLORIAN BREITREINER
I am a corporate partner in our Munich office. I have a very broad range of corporate and commercial experience, including domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and reorganisations as well as outsourcing projects. I further advise clients on large projects of any kind (for example, besides outsourcing projects, on the planning and implementation of large sports events). My clients include, in particular, German and international mid-size businesses in the manufacturing and technology sector. Prior to joining Dentons, I was of counsel at international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright. I am a graduate of the University of Munich. Prior to my legal studies, I completed a two-year trainee programme (Bankkaufmann) at Bayerische Vereinsbank AG in Munich. I am a German native speaker and fluent in English.
