In my experience all digital ventures go through similar phases in their first years and thus face similar challenges in leadership, strategy and financing, as well as in team, culture and organisational development.Based on my learnings as founder and business angel I have developed a coaching approach tailored to the needs of young digital companies and their teams in the early stages of their development. coaching projects included - preparation of small and large funding rounds - development of strategy and (re-)positioning - establishment of new recruitment processes and effective operations across teams - implementation of agile processes and OKRs - shared development of a culture of psychological safety, innovation and continuous learning as core elements of a new way of collaboration and leadership.Aside from my own expertise you get access to a large network of experts that I have worked with over the past 20 years.

ABOUT FLORIAN AMELUNG
In the past 20+ years I have founded, managed and advised a variety of companies and NGOs in Germany and abroad. Since 2016 I support other entrepreneurs in the development of their teams and organisations as well as in their first funding rounds. I work pro bono as coach and mentor for selected projects incl. Ashoka fellows, ProjectTogether and other social entrepreneurs that strive with passion to make the world a better place.
