ABOUT FLORE VASSEUR

I have been writing for fifteen years. Portraits and stories, documentaries, TV series scripts. Whatever the format, I work on the end of the world as we know it. I follow one thread: who rules? I dig on the power of finance, technology, mediocrity on our lives. I wonder about our consents. I also work on the world that may come out of that mess and those who might make it happen. Activists and solutionaries make me keep going. Sharing their ideas and values, their vision, are the reasons why I work.I came to filming through writing, to share more. By adding other dimensions, music, light, I want to reach the core. Touch the heart. I believe in emotions and beauty, the power of story. The absolute need to open the sense of possibility.BIGGER THAN US is the logical continuation of my work on the activists trail and their drive. Bringing their messages and sheer beauty to theaters, the place of all of wonders, is a dream came true. My all point is to contribute to a cultural shift and make us reconsider our value system. What it means to be alive in these very challenging time of ours. A graduate from HEC (Business and Marketing) and IEP Grenoble (Political Science), I started my career in New York, where I lived for 5 years and launched TrendSpotting, a trend forecasting consulting boutique before transforming my passion for writing into a way to contribute to our times.
