Complete design of power, control, automation systems and integrated/remote control panel, integration with existing systems (boilers, ovens, old burners replacement) as per UL, CSA specifications for Weishaupt fitted single/multiburner heating plants, hospitals, schools, bakeries. • UL 508A and CSA 22.2 ICP certification. • Design of Burner and Pump Motor Control Circuits with Danfoss, ABB, Nord VFDs, SMC-3 smart and soft starters and DOL contactors. • Full submittals for new/existing projects, including reviewing customer technical specifications and custom-tailored solutions for hospitals, schools, factories & hospitals. • Design of complete gas/oil supply lines by using engineering gas and oil flow calculations and generating AutoCAD and Inventor drawings for Weishaupt fitted single/multi burner heating plants, including 3D drawings, mechanical and electrical connections. • Developing technical specifications for electrical and automation equipment, gas/oil supply train components review, specification approvals. • Design of SCADA & Building Management System design for multi burner heating plants, including Lead-Lag and Master Communications Panels with Siemens, Allen Bradley, Automation Direct. • Testing, quality control and troubleshooting for control panels, SCADA systems and fuel supply trains. • Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Electrical, mechanical drafting for burners, electrical drawings update and generation including design and as-built, panels and field wiring, control panel layouts. • IT management / administration for local/web domains, Windows Server 2019, MS Exchange and Office 365, MS-SQL server/databases and Windows 10 Pro workstations, Sage 300 ERP, CRM, ProQuote, UPS. • Complete Management of IT and building infrastructure for the company including software, servers, printers, internet, cable tv, meeting and training rooms, visitors software/tablets, internal & external door user authorizations access fobs, cameras, main gate.
