Whom am I working For? Cherry! We are developing a one-of-a-kind automated accounts payable platform that integrates with any accounting software to allow for 1-click automatic B2B invoice management, budget management and payments. As a part of the original start-up crew, I have been working around the clock to bring processes, systems, protocols, and top-rated customer service to our clients. As Head of Operations- I oversee the day-to-day client and vendor experience ensuring all concerns are addressed and that people always have a human to talk to- Manage all new incoming accounts and ensure a smooth onboarding experience and closely monitor all new accounts for the first 90 days- Develop processes and policies to create seamless onboarding of all new accounts and address system errors/glitches and hurdles as they arise- Ensure all vendors are paid in a timely manner and all issues are handled appropriately- Optimising and improving our work culture. Recruiting, Hiring, and training new team members to embody the Cherry work/life balance and ensure we are still giving all of our clients and their vendors the best service- Do what needs to get done- we are a start-up so everyone is always ALL hands on deck!
