Creative & organized UX Designer with 5+ years of experience in the administrative field, Customer Care, and Backoffice. During my career in these different areas of expertise in various types of businesses, from startups to big corporations, I have developed a strong interest in the product, its\' creation, and interaction with the users. My empathy and analytical skills have enabled me to do a great job in my past career, as well as in my initial UXD projects, by creating a comfortable atmosphere for the users to open up during my research sessions as well as establishing a good connection with the team members from the very beginning.
