ABOUT FLORENT MATHE
15 years working experience in the food & feed sector in an international environment. I always sought for meaningful challenges all along my work experiences : on the ground doing operational consulting missions, dealing with specialty technical ingredients in the food sector but also with commodity products in the feed sector, strengthening negotiation skills. Until recently, I was in charge of the business development on an innovative company upcycling organic by-products to turn it into insect protein, making the feed industry more sustainable. I recently joined Sunbloom Proteins, part of Avril Group, focused on plant-based functional ingredients (proteins, emulsifiers.)On my spare time, I also develop sustainable projects as Lutoya (ecological watering solutions for plants). A lot of positive things happened in the last 15 years, I am looking forward to building the next 15 ones - Multi-cultural, entrepreneurial with teamwork qualities, result oriented- Strategic mindset with a solid food and feed background- Proven business development experience with commercial successes
