Additionally, delivered informative presentations to other groups within the company, advocating for the correct use of statistics in research. • Coordinated relocation of lab facilities to a shared production location, driving collaborative efforts and transforming the lab team into a vital asset for new product introduction and sample quality analysis — an unprecedented shift from limited collaboration in the previous location. • Successfully led a resilient team through unprecedented challenges during the pandemic, ensuring uninterrupted project completion while prioritizing the safety and well-being of team members, resulting in remarkably low contagion rates.
