WiredScore is a global digital connectivity certification company, working with landlords, developers, and businesses to improve and future-proof the tech infrastructure of buildings. With a presence in 29 countries, WiredScore is on a mission to make the world’s buildings smarter, more sustainable, and better connected for the people who use them every day.Main responsibilities include- Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle globally - Own full-cycle recruitment across functions and regions, partnering with leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategy- Oversee multi-country payroll across 5 legal entities in Europe, North America & APAC, ensuring accuracy and compliance- Manage People Ops across 5 additional locations via EOR, including contracts, onboarding, benefits and ongoing employee support- Partner with managers on performance, development, feedback and employee relations, building strong, consistent people practices- Drive compensation & benefits processes (benchmarking, reviews, promotions) and ensure internal equity and market competitiveness- Own HR systems, policies and reporting (HRIS/ATS, data, dashboards), improving scalability and decision-making- Lead culture and engagement initiatives across a distributed workforce (comms, surveys, action planning).
