I led the planning and execution of the Pre-AP Classroom migration into the AP Classroom platform, coordinating engineering, design, and program teams to deliver core teacher and student workflows while continuing to support users on the legacy experience. This work created a unified platform direction and enabled Pre-AP to fully operate within the broader AP ecosystem.After completing the migration, I shifted into driving features that impact the full AP Classroom user base. I focus on improving instructional tools, enhancing the teacher authoring experience, and streamlining workflows that support daily teaching and learning. I partner closely with engineering, design, content, and program teams to reduce friction for teachers and deliver cohesive, scalable experiences across AP programs.
