Product Designer specialising in AI-native experiences and complex technical systems. At JLL Technologies, I design AI-powered products that are transforming how commercial real estate professionals work — from JLL GPT, the industry\'s first purpose-built AI assistant, to Blackbird, a patented geospatial intelligence platform, to LeaseLens, a lease abstraction tool where I both design and build the front end.My work sits at the intersection of human-centred design and emerging technology. I focus on translating complex AI and data capabilities into intuitive tools that help people make better decisions — whether that\'s analysing markets, managing properties, or evaluating investments.Before JLL, I held senior design roles at Framestore, Autodesk, and Pearson, where I built and led design teams, shaped product strategy, and introduced design thinking practices across engineering-led organisations. At Framestore, I led design for Farsight, an AR visualisation tool used on productions including The Last of Us, Barbie, and Wonka.I\'m drawn to problems where technology is powerful but underserved by design — and where getting the experience right changes how an entire industry operates.
