ABOUT JOSEPHINE FLORE YOUEGO KENMOGNIE

I am a bilingual (French and English) self-driven business analyst with over five years of cross-functional experience in the finance sector with hands on compliance and control, agile project management, strategy, finance and sustainability. I have driven change in 12 Allianz Africa\'s subsidiaries through business processes harmonization and improvement, user acceptance tests and trainings, as part of the biggest transformation project that involved changing ways of doing business and core IT systems. More specifically, I collaborated with people from over 20 different nationalities from Africa, Europe, Asia and America, and acted as a bridge between the business, the development team, and the top management to gather, elicit, validate and document business requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle and ensure that they are properly implemented. Here are some facts to know about me:1. In July 2019, I received with my scrum team the award for the best quality delivered during the second phase of the transformation project that was ongoing in Allianz Africa.2. In January 2020, I was rated by 100% of Allianz Africa\'s subsidiaries with either \"Satisfied\" or \"Very Satisfied\" for my collaboration and requirements management.3. In May 2020, I was the only Allianz Africa’s employee featured on LinkedIn and Twitter as one of the talent having great impact on transformation projects within Allianz worldwide, as part of the \"#HaveYouMet\" campaign promoted by Allianz Group’s former Chief Operations Officer and Board member.4. In November 2020, I was promoted to the Strategy Analyst position reporting directly to the Africa Region\'s CEO, further to the successful supervision and presentation of the very first online deployment of the new IT system in Senegal in Covid-19 context, connecting more than 300 people around the world.I am passionate about challenging the status quo by asking questions and getting things done in the best way, and would love to contribute to your company\'s goals achievement.
