ABOUT FLORA POLLEFOORT
After graduating from a master’s degree in Marketing and Business in 2010, I developed my skills in operational and strategic marketing, communication and event project management. I worked on multi-skilled and rich positions, focused on marketing and communication in different sectors of activity. In 2017, curious to know what is going on beyond the ocean, I turned to the international scene. I arrived in Mauritius, a particularly multicultural country, where I completed my business skills in sales development positions. I have sharpened my openness, my curiosity and my senses in search of solutions. It also allowed me to cultivate my adaptability and resilience. I have been focusing for some time on the question of the customer experience, an exciting subject that wields know-how being, humanity, communication, subtlety and excellence.
