As the Enterprise Solutions Engineer and Implementation Manager, I work with enterprise-level clients and franchises, training their teams, ensuring clear communication, and acting as a liaison between clients and our product team. In my previous role as an Account Executive specializing in SaaS products, I excelled at conducting deep discovery sessions to uncover clients\' pain points and tailor solutions to meet their needs. I built strong client relationships through active listening and insightful questioning, resulting in successful partnerships and business growth.In my previous roles, I have developed the sales process, including product email marketing.
