Serving as the key contact to work cross functionally with factory supply chain, regional business operations group in NAM, Asia, Europe, and South America, customer services, sales/marketing, finance, engineering and commodity management group to support the Sales & Operation Planning (S & OP) process for network products product (5G, Small Cell, TD-LTE, and CDMA), and ensure the timely execution of forecast and sales plan. • Balancing the demand & supply for product families including infrastructure and Customer-premises equipment within the network business unit. Managing and escalate variances. Working on the process and material constraints and limitations, to bridge the gap between customer demand and plant planning and purchasing.• Serving as the key contributor to support the factory transfer due to the company acquisition• Collaborate extensively with multiple manufactories (4 in Asia and 1 in Mexico) to manage the planning activities including MRP process, material management, demand management, E&O mitigation, improve the inventory turns and support factory sites on inventory outlook accuracy.• Responsible for gathering and tracking order booking and shipment data to assist weekly demand planning process, managing monthly customer units and revenue, coordinating with product management, engineering, NPI, factory on product life cycle management, product availability, and resolve any operation issues.• Working with multiple functional areas to identify the areas of opportunity for continuous improvement, and lead/participate in several process improvement projects including E&O reduction, factory delivery commitment automation, and product postponement model.
