I lead RSM\'s Tax Risk & Governance team, including Senior Accounting Officer (SAO), helping businesses prepare for their Business Risk Review + process, requirement to publish a UK Tax Strategy and Corporate Criminal Offence (CCO). I also lead on our RSM Tax InSight software to bring the best of risk management to our Tax Risk & Governance offerings. I am passionate and enthusiastic about making the complex simple, and tailoring advice to a range of different businesses within large corporates and the middle market. From my own in-house experience, I know that every business has limited resources, and I\'m determined to always make advice useful and relevant to where a business is right now. My background is in UK corporation tax with international groups and large corporates, and I have a particular knowledge of and specialism in groups with a corporate US element, as I have significant experience of the US tax environment. I originally trained with PwC before moving on to a industry head of tax role at Future plc for a couple of years before re-joining tax practice as a corporate tax director at
