ABOUT FLORA ASAD
As a QA Automation Engineer at Joyredex, I specialize in Test Automation of Web-based applications, testing both the Front-End and Back-End of applications. I have 4 years of experience in the IT industry, working in Agile Projects with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Developers.I have a solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and excellent programming knowledge of core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. I use Java, Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber with BDD, Maven, Jenkins, and REST Assured to create and maintain Automation Framework Models such as Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD). I also have experience in Manual and Automation Testing of RESTful Web Services using Postman, Java, and REST Assured API, and Oracle Relational Databases (ORDS) using SQL Developer, and JDBC. I graduated from Humber College, and I speak and understand fluently in English, Chinese, and Uyghur. I am a team player with an analytical bent to problem solving and delivering under high-stress environments.
