I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate with MSME degree and practical experience in Mechanical Design, Analysis, Prototyping and Testing. Currently I am working as a Design Engineer II with Milwaukee Tool Electric Co. for Linear Edge Engineering Division. Here I am responsible to design and develop new Oscillating Multi Tool (OMT) accessory products. I am leading several new product development projects from concept to production by close collaboration with cross functional teams with a goal to make OMT accessories robust and cost-effective in design.Previously I worked as a Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer with Caterpillar Inc. My core responsibilities here include working with customers (Core) to translate program requirements into engine components functional requirements following in-depth analysis of the design proposals & specifications to determine time and cost feasibility to complete the projects. I am leading and managing several NPI projects from concept to production by close collaboration with cross functional teams with a goal to make Airsystem components (turbos, shields, intake) robust and cost-effective in design.Before CAT, I worked with Airspace Experience Technologies as a Lead Structural Design Engineer. During my tenure @ DAC I led the mechanical engineering team to design and develop an electric VTOL passenger transition autonomous aircraft system. I have practical experience working with innovative & challenging design projects, a few of which include:\"Design & Construction of Experimental Gas Turbine Engine\",\"Torque Arm Modelling & Analysis\",\" Design & Failure Analysis of Gun Barrel\",\"Design Study on Safety & Stability of Median Sternotomy\". Some of my skills sets include: 1. Solid and parametric modelling using Solidworks, Catia V5,PRO-E, Inventor, AutoCAD, Creo2. Adept with analysis software - ANSYS, Abaqus hrs.), Solidworks Simulation3. Programming Languages include C, C++, JAVA, MATLAB.I am looking for a full time opportunity in Dynamic & Challenging work environment.
