From board retreats, staff trainings and off-site workshops at the challenge course, my work as a Seattle-based facilitator is focused on team building, emotional intelligence, social justice, experiential education and community development. Together we enhance your ability to take action and see results. Specifically, I provide experiential, dynamic and results-based facilitation to high potential women leaders. My work is especially relevant to people in the \'helping professions\'(e.g, teaching, medicine, non-profits). I teach them to prevent burn-out by taking care of themselves so that they can show up in authentic contribution and service by doing what is wanted and needed in this world. For over 18 years, I have been a lead facilitator of team building and group dynamics focusing on leadership development, strategic planning, and organizational health. This makes me uniquely qualified to champion the cause of guiding women leaders in mission-driven organizations and social impact companies. I am a visionary, entrepreneur, and leader focused on creating social good and change. I am committed to equity work, community building and value-driven outcomes.
