My work spans instructional design, talent management strategy, system administration, and data governance—blending strategic planning with hands-on implementation.Currently, I serve as Senior Manager of HR Systems & Talent Development at Keller Williams Realty, where I lead the administration of our HCMS, corporate intranet, and IS team supporting 800+ team members. I’m responsible for the delivery of more than hours of coursework annually, the development of HCM roadmaps aligned to enterprise goals, and managing third-party vendor relationships that have resulted in significant cost savings. My focus is on leveraging technology, data, and people development to align systems with business outcomes.Throughout my career, I’ve successfully launched three LMS platforms, led enterprise-wide training initiatives, built scalable compliance programs, and managed high-performing teams.
