   Led quality activities for 10 distinct Hoover floor care products in every stage of the development process- Worked cross-functionally with TTI global team, product OEMs, and component suppliers in the US, UK, Vietnam, and China to coordinate product ideation, prototyping, quality verification, and assembly line development- Utilized AI tools and data analysis during new product ideation to ensure new designs protect the customer experience while staying within schedule and budget parameters- Applied A3 methodology to lead root cause analysis and prototyping in under-development and in-market products to make rapid quality improvements and resolve issues within cost targets and vendor schedules- Conducted creation and review of engineering documentation such as 2D part drawings, DFMEA, BOM, and PPAP- Monitored products post-launch by working directly with customer service team and utilizing AI software to ensure that issues are investigated and resolved promptly
