Director of the Board of India\'s oldest- and one of the largest local asset management firms, on behalf of T. Rowe Price. Board committee assignments include: Audit Committee, ESG Committee (Chair) and Nomination and Renumeration Committee. Previously sat on Risk Committee, Digital Development Committee, as well as several other ad hoc board committees - such as IPO Committee ahead of taking UTI AMC public in October 2020. I previously also sat on UTI Alternatives board for 8 years (Private Debt, Venture/Private Equity). Advising UTI International - the firm\'s global ex. India distribution arm on business strategy. My responsibilities also included the partnership- and collaboration between T. Rowe Price and UTI AMC.
