With over 25 years of experience in the arts and culture sector, I am a passionate servant leader who strives to advance the role of arts and culture in education, community development, and social justice. I have a certification in museum management and a strong background in nonprofit management, strategic planning, grants administration, and board development. As the Executive Director of the San Diego Regional Arts and Culture Coalition (SDRACC), I oversee the advocacy, public policy, and capacity-building efforts of a diverse network of over 120 arts and culture organizations in the region. I am committed to fostering collaboration, innovation, and inclusion in the arts and culture field, and to supporting the vital role of arts and culture in creating a more vibrant, equitable, and resilient society.
