I am a software & banking leader with a range of experience building banking systems and processes and operating in rapidly changing requirement landscapes. I am currently building a payments network to service customers making cross-border payments in hard to reach markets, while crucially maintaining the integrity, compliance and security they expect.I have a software engineering background with 5 years as an Engineer and 2 years as a Product Manager. I am now CTO for Illumina Global and the Kabili Holdings group, building compliance, operational and finance systems for a group of payments companies. I am also UK COO.As a leader I focus on coaching the best out of individuals and enabling trust and accountability through slick team communication structures and opportunity delegation.As an athlete, competitor & army reservist I bring energy, motivation and a pragmatic self-improving attitude to a team.
