Support EEF\'s strategic expansion into the early years sector (age 0-5), commissioning and directing a major update to EEF’s Early Years Measures Database to establish it as a definitive resource for evidence-based assessments in the early years research community and leading EEF’s evaluation work on self-regulation and executive function; Manage a portfolio of 7+ concurrent evaluations (RCTs, QEDs, mixed-methods IPEs) spanning early years through post-16 with combined budgets exceeding £5M+, commissioning research and conducting technical reviews of proposals and designs, managing evaluation contracts, and overseeing external programme and evaluation teams from design through dissemination; Facilitate Theory of Change and evaluation design workshops with programme teams (educators, practitioners and programme developers) and evaluation teams (researchers), bridging different stakeholder groups to develop shared understanding of programmes and rigorous evaluation designs; Build organization-wide quality assurance systems: designed due diligence process for vetting 50+ evaluation teams and developed guidance on sample size and power calculations; Represent EEF externally to government and international partners; Mentor colleagues to strengthen their capacity managing education evaluations.
