ABOUT FLAVIO CORDARI
I’m a software engineer and researcher working across AI, Earth Observation, and full-stack digital development. I combine academic research with hands-on engineering: from machine learning for satellite imagery to web/app development, data pipelines, cybersecurity, and cloud-native solutions.I’m currently completing a PhD at Sapienza University of Rome, focusing on geospatial AI and foundation models (Prithvi, AlphaEarth, TESSERA) for large-scale environmental monitoring. My work spans model design, data engineering, and scalable processing pipelines for real-world applications.Beyond research, I build software: web apps, backend services, geospatial tools, prototypes, and automation systems.
