Over 10 years of experience in System Analysis with 5 years have focused in Global Banking & Market. Having worked on the main topics of L1 and L2 production support project, such as management of the ticketing system on the production and UAT environment. Resolution of the tickets with different priorities and appropriate solutions. Dealing with and resolving problems and issues which arise, monitor client issues and escalate matters to L3 when required.
