The department arranges, underwrites and manages debt products (corporate loans, bonds, RCFs, projects financing, guarantees, securitizations, etc.) in favour of infrastructure companies (energy, utilities, telecommunication, transportation, construction & social infrastructure).• Analysed financial models, performed sensitivities and breakeven analysis (on ADSCR, ICR, LLCR, PLCR, Debt Sizing, etc.) under various and/or combined stress cases. • Performed economic and financial valuation of companies and projects, worked on the structuring and execution of new deals and handled the portfolio management activities (debt outstanding & waivers).• Prepared the necessary documentation for the credit approval process and for the deliberations of the competent body, reviewed due diligence reports (legal, technical, market, environmental, insurance, tax), project contracts (EPC, O&M, PPA, SoW, etc.) and finance documents (TS, FA, etc.).• Prepared internal and external presentations on new financing opportunities and debt products.
