With dual French and Dutch nationality and an international academic background, I have developed a strong sensitivity to people, cultures, and experiences. Living and studying abroad (including an exchange year in Thailand) has shaped my English skills and my ability to adapt easily to diverse environments.A graduate of Hotelschool The Hague, I built my foundation in understanding customer behaviour, experience design, and brand perception through both academic projects and professional experiences. Working in high-end hospitality environments such as Hyatt Regency Sydney, as well as on concept development projects in the restaurant and hospitality sector, allowed me to see how strategy, storytelling, and attention to detail influence emotions, engagement, and decision-making.Alongside this, I gained experience in digital communication and social media, where creativity meets structure and consistency.
