My duties in this role include (but are not limited to) the following- Support the Operational team in all logistics aspects of the organization of the upcoming meetings, workshops, missions and real-time trainings (face-to-face and virtual) planned under the EuFMD projects, as well as EuFMD meetings in FAO headquarters- Provide Virtual and field based logistical assistance during missions, meetings or training courses as required also ensuring FAO headquarters, decentralized, regional and local offices are duly and timely informed of the EuFMD activities- Support Operational team in processing recruitment, procurement- Support the Event delivery team whenever required, assissting in the coordination of webinars and live-sessions- Assist Operational Team for upload and track final reporting of EuFMD activities.
