Designing the future isn’t about guessing, it’s about recognizing weak signals early enough to shape better decisions.I am a strategic UX Researcher and service designer with 12+ years of experience working at the intersection of human insight, foresight strategy, and complex systems. My work focuses on helping organizations navigate ambiguity, where problems are ill-defined, risks are real, and decisions must be made before outcomes are fully visible.I have led research across 0-1 product spaces, Trust & Safety systems, and emerging technologies, including Generative AI–driven products. I am particularly interested in how human judgment, governance, and accountability must evolve as AI becomes a first-line actor, and where systems tend to fail quietly if not designed with intent.My strengths lie in research design and strategic leverage: framing the right questions early, selecting methods based on decision context rather than convention, and translating complex insights into direction-setting guidance for senior leaders. I frequently work across product, design, engineering, policy, and operations to ensure research informs roadmaps, operating models, and long-term investments—not just feature validation.Earlier in my career, my foundation in design, materials, and cultural trend analysis shaped how I see systems today, connecting behavioral signals, market forces, and lived experiences into cohesive product and service strategies. This allows me to move fluidly between near-term execution and long-term vision.Whether facilitating co-visioning workshops, synthesizing ambiguous signals, or stress-testing future scenarios, my goal is consistent: to help teams design products and systems that are credible now and resilient over time.

   I lead research strategy for Trust & Safety at LinkedIn, India, shaping how teams make decisions in high-risk, high-uncertainty product areas. I partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Policy, and Operations leaders to influence roadmap direction, system design, and long-term investments.My work emphasizes research judgment over execution, designing the right questions, selecting fit-for-purpose methods, and aligning research depth to product phase, risk, and business impact.I specialize in 0→1 and platform-level initiatives, helping teams define problem spaces, surface hidden assumptions, and navigate tradeoffs before solutions harden. I have supported new product capabilities from early exploration through launch, often where precedent, metrics, or clear answers do not yet exist.I am currently focussed on AI–enabled systems, particularly where AI becomes a first-line decision-maker. My research addresses human-AI collaboration, trust, governance, and failure modes, informing how responsibility, oversight, and accountability should scale as automation increases.Across initiatives, I operate as a strategic thought partner, managing multiple parallel workstreams and translating complex insights into decision-ready guidance for senior leadership, ensuring research shapes direction.
