I’ve been passionate about mental health, especially marriage and family therapy, from a young age, shaped by personal experiences with chronic illness and caregiving. I\'m licensed in Maryland and New York and currently run a private practice focused on helping couples and families navigate the challenges that chronic illness brings to relationships.With training across psychiatric hospitals, community agencies, university clinics, and schools, my work is rooted in systems theory, exploring generational patterns, communication styles, and coping mechanisms. I aim to help clients manage anxiety, depression, and the daily stress of balancing illness, relationships, career, and life in general.I also offer consultations and speak on systemic approaches to chronic illness, caregiver wellness, and self-care.
