As the Outsourcing Manager for Gameforge 4D GmbH for the departments of Quality Assurance and Development I work as the main contact person between external vendors and Gameforge to cover the needs of the company.Some of the tasks I perform include:* Communicate with suppliers (both old and new) to understand the services provided, which services we might be interested on, and keeping an up to date list of suppliers* Managing relationships between suppliers and the company* Negotiating and managing contracts as well as keeping track of the progress on such topics* Overseeing the delivery of the hired services as well as doing follow-ups with both sides* Consistent communication between the two parties to ensure all is clear, understood, and everyone can do their job properly* Managing (and if needed, mitigate) the risks related to these collaborations
