About Julian M.
I am a mission-aligned, impact-driven leader, completing my Administrative Fellowship at Wellstar MCG Health. My current role allows me to collaborate closely with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives and drive organizational improvement. The opportunities to contribute to high-impact projects across departments allows me to gain critical leadership competencies in healthcare through experiential knowledge in healthcare operations and system-level decision-making. During my graduate program I investigated health system challenges during the pandemic, specific to competition, mergers & acquisitions, and supply chain disruptions. Operationally, I have been involved in various projects focused on expanding access to care, enhancing services, and workforce engagement. In my role at Georgia State University, I supported research within the Institute of International Business Office of International Engagement. I’ve prepared and analyzed source material used for the study of leading African companies across industry sectors and developed case study teaching notes for faculty to drive student learning and excellence. I have also led a small team to track, manage, and visualize grant activities to support sustainable funding. My main objective is to work closely with communities and leadership teams in ensuring that the organization lives out its values. I am dedicated to improving lives, guided by my core values of servant leadership, integrity, and resolve.
