Manages a team of 5-6 Customer Onboarding Managers tasked with technical implementation projects, onboarding customers onto the Braze customer engagement platform (see previous role below for details). • Acts as a primary point of support and escalation for the team and associated departments (Support, Success, Deliverability, etc.), nurturing internal & external relationships to ensure the expeditious, comprehensive, and smooth execution of the team’s projects. • Collaborates with Sales and Solutions Consultancy leadership in managing the technical scoping and flow of incoming project pipeline. • Assists leadership in creating department OKRs and devising the framework/ initiatives required to successfully complete these. These include but are not limited to: accelerating time to production, greater adoption of product features, and optimizing the employee experience.
