At Emory University School of Medicine, I focused on understanding the mechanisms of clonal hematopoiesis and chromatin instability in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS). My work involved innovative in vivo modeling to explore Jak2 pathways, as well as investigating the role of R-loops through knockdown and overexpression techniques. This research aims to uncover new therapeutic strategies for these challenging hematological malignancies.
