My innovation experience involved improving the way business works, driving innovation through technology. This includes using Design Thinking to understand the problem and develop the Proof of Concepts that will be tested within the business, turning ideas into solutions that add value. My role involved collaborating with stakeholders from across the business and others within the group.I have had experience working on ground-breaking projects in aviation and air transport and bringing innovative new technologies forward. I was involved in different aspects from operation projects such as autonomous airside vehicles, block chain, AI and Chat bots to projects working on global assets management improvement through the use of latest technology.
