With close to 10 years of experience in market strategy, analytics, and the life sciences industry, I have built a career at the intersection of biotechnology, consulting, and strategic insights.I began my journey in Biotechnology at Biocon in the R&D department, where I gained hands-on experience across diverse wet lab techniques and strengthened my scientific foundation. I then transitioned into consulting with IQVIA, leading KOL identification and mapping projects, working closely with global pharma clients, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver high-value strategic solutions. My next chapter at Prescient allowed me to deepen my expertise in Competitive Intelligence (CI), managing ongoing CI programs, leading coverage across major scientific conferences (ASCO, ESMO, SABCS, ASH), and developing comprehensive therapeutic area and landscape assessments.Currently, I am working at Cytiva, within the Market & Commercial Analytics function. I primarily cater to strategic requests across the Genomic Medicine space, delivering market insights. My work helps guide data‑driven decision-making and supports long-term strategic planning in a rapidly evolving and high‑growth area of biotechnology.I am passionate about building engaging, collaborative projects that foster both learning and growth, and I remain deeply motivated by biotechnology’s potential to create meaningful, long-term impact.Outside of work, I love travelling and meeting new people. I also created and hosted Tea for You & Me, a personal podcast exploring relationship-building, communication, and personal growth.
