ABOUT FIZA KHATOON

Dear All My name is Fiza Khatoon, and I am from Buxar, Bihar. I have completed my basic education in my hometown and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a specialization in Accounting.During my graduation, I had the opportunity to gain one year of professional experience working with Jeevika (Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society), a government initiative under the Government of Bihar. My role was that of a Community Resource Person (CRP), where I was actively involved in grassroots development activities, community mobilization, documentation, and field-level financial tracking. This experience helped me build a strong foundation in communication, data collection, reporting, and team coordination.Currently, I am pursuing an MBA from DPG Degree College, Gurgaon, with a keen interest in Human Resource Management. Alongside my academic journey, I have developed good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and general documentation and reporting tools. I am capable of maintaining various types of MIS reports, preparing Excel sheets for financial and HR records, and creating professional presentations.I am looking forward to opportunities that allow me to apply my academic knowledge, field experience, and technical skills in a dynamic and growth-oriented organization.Fiza Khatoon
